The award was presented in Dubai to Mr. Filbert Mponzi, NMB’s Chief Retail Banking, by Ms. Prakrithi Singh, Executive Vice President for Core Payments at Mastercard, during a high-level international ceremony.
The event was also attended by other senior NMB officials, including Mr. Alex Mgeni, Head of Business Banking, and Mr. Manfred Kayala, Senior Manager, Issuing Card Business.
