Female Future
Tanzania delivers executive training to women at workplaces on three modules;
Leadership, Board Competence and Rhetoric for 9 months offered over 14 well
distributed days with assignments in between. Methodology includes Lectures,
case studies, role plays and assignments delivered by world class facilitators.
This programme connects people, performance,
personal and organizational
success as a means to increase productivity at workplaces and organizations get
opportunity to grow talents they wish to motivate.
Female Future
was made for the Woman in Africa to move and sustain her in the Board Room, Directorship,
Business Apex, Cabinet, Parliament, Senate, County Assembly and Senior
Management Role in all sectors of the economy. It is the only one of its kind
in the Sub-Saharan Africa, developed to focus on the alleviation of gender
inequality in economy, education, training and employment. It fairly pushes
determined woman to the top.
A similar
programme started in Norway about 10 years ago by our partners; Confederation
of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO) and is successfully being offered to help women
boost their careers in Norway, Uganda, Kenya and now in Tanzania.
